I am Cecil Xavier, a Principal Business Analyst in the UK Public Sector, and I bring over a decade of experience. My journey in this field has been enriching, mainly through mentoring multiple batches of Level 4 Apprentice Business Analysts and numerous Junior and Senior Business Analysts.
